This is the 3rd in a series regarding the Scriptural supports for a Pre-Tribulation Rapture. In this presentation, we look at the existence of a plan of salvation for persons living during the time of the Great Tribulation that is different from the plan of salvation that applies to people living now--prior to the time of the Great Tribulation. In this presentation, we consider the fact that during the time of the Great Tribulation two new seals are introduced--one for the 144,000 blameless bond servants from the 12 tribes of Israel, and a mark of the antichrist that seals those who receive it for eternal condemnation. Such seals are distinct from the seal that saints receive now--which is the Holy Spirit. The change in seals suggests that the Holy Spirit may no longer be sealing believers in the way that He does today--indicating the implementation of a new plan of God and the removal of the Church prior to the time of the Great Tribulation. In this presentation, we consider the existence of 2 prophetically described crop gatherings, which is indicative of 2 different plans of God for 2 different groups of saints; further, it is notable that the "King's crop" (also known as the "King's mowing") is taken up to the King before the arrival of the "spring crop," which experiences the devastation of the locust invasion (the Battle of Armageddon). In this presentation, we consider the fact that key Bible prophecies regarding the time of the Great Tribulation and the Millennial Reign of Christ have as their focus the Jews, Israel and Jerusalem--with no references to the Church or the Bride of Christ. The absence of references to the Church in such key Bible prophecies suggests that the Church is not present on the earth during these times--an indication that the Church is raptured prior to the time of the Great Tribulation. In this presentation, we consider the concept of avoiding God's wrath as an indication of a Pre-Tribulation Rapture event. Various prophecies and biblical examples provide a picture of deliverance of the faithful from the judgment of God. Throughout Scripture we see many prophecies regarding the Last Days. Below we have compiled a list of many of the prophesied events. You can use the list to compare to events of the day and recognize signs of the the Last Days. Scripture affirms that there are definitive signs marking the arrival of the end times. The end times or "last days" culminate in the Day of the Lord, a very special moment in time that will undoubtedly be the greatest physical/spiritual event on Earth after the creation. The Day of the Lord is, in essence, the explosive, universal heralding of the arrival of Jesus Christ to Earth as the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. This time Jesus comes to Earth not as a baby, quietly crying in the humility of a stable, having assumed the form of man as a means to offer him salvation, but as the unquestionable, holy and righteous power of the universe--exacting substantial judgment upon mankind at His arrival. We can actually look for the signs of the last days, having the confidence that, when we see them, we know the arrival of the King of Kings is near.
